Used 1998 Kawasaki 1100 STX For Sale

1998 Kawasaki 1100 STX,I am looking to sell my 1998 Kawasaki 110stx jet ski. I am only the 2nd owner and purchased this ski in June 2002. It has been winterized and garage kept for the past 12 years. I have replaced the spark plugs and fuel filter every spring. The battery is brand new and was purchased on 9/26/14 (comes with a 1 year transferable warranty also). The starter and starter switch have both been replaced. The engine heat sensor and valve have been replaced. The fuel tank was recently drained and cleaned out and the carbs were cleaned. The rubber exhaust hose leading to the muffler is brand new. I also have the owners manual, repair manual, and water flush hose adapter. Comes with rear seat net and 2 barely used storage saddle bags, extra fuel filter, extra spark plugs, 2 life jackets and a gallon of TC-W3 motor oil. Comes with 1998 Load-rite trailer, 2 brand new wheels and tires, and 2 used spare wheels and tires. Brand new hubs and bearings. Replaced rotted wood bunkers with new pressure treated lumber, new carpeting, and wet slides. Trailer has a storage box and 2 gas cans. I need to sell this ski because my wife is pregnant and she does not want me spending money on it to get it fixed. Currently it starts fine and runs on a hose (see video taken on 9/27/14). However, when I launch it at the river, water is not flowing through the cooling system and only steam comes out the pisser side valve and then the temp sensor kicks on and the safety switch cuts the engine back to 2000 rpm. I cannot figure out what is wrong and do not have the extra money right now to get it fixed. I am convinced something is just clogged (like a fitting or hose) or it could be more complicated than that I have no idea and I am not a mechanic. Dealership in the area looked at it, had no idea what to fix (they don’t normally work on jet skis and specialize in motorcycles) and simply suggested trading it in for a new one (not an option for me).
